For the Green Food Foundation, it all began at the Campus Challenge in India, specifically in Andhra Pradesh. In this project, we implemented relatively simple yet effective changes to the local diet. These adjustments were carefully designed to improve nutritional outcomes without disrupting traditional eating habits.
The results exceeded expectations—demonstrating significant improvements in health and well-being. The impact was far-reaching, while the financial investment remained minimal, proving that even small, thoughtful interventions can create profound and lasting change.
